Recommended Equipment

FormFox does not supply equipment.

In order to best utilize FormFox, there are 3 types of collection workstation options available:

1. iPad – with an iOS of 12.0 or higher. To access FormFox, you must download the FormFox application from the Apple App Store.

2. PC/Computer + Barcode Scanner + eSignature Pad: Barcode Scanner options – Motorola or Tera eSignature Pad – ePadLink

3. Microsoft Surface Pro + Barcode Scanner: Motorola or Tera

***All options must be connected to a network or wireless printer.

Equipment and internet browsers known to be incompatible with FormFox – Chromebooks, Android Tablets (or any other non-Apple tablets), Safari.
